Why solar?

Most energy experts agree that our future lies in solar. We have barely begun to tap the potential of solar power. In a single 40-minute period, the amount of energy contained in the sunlight striking the earth’s surface is equivalent to one year’s worth of energy consumption worldwide. There are numerous advantages to using solar:

1. It is a source of clean, renewable energy.

3. PV has virtually no impact on the environment.
4. PV is produced domestically, reducing our trade deficit and strengthening our local economy.

Most energy leaders agree that soaring gasoline prices, an increased global demand for oil and a planet threatened by greenhouse gases lead to one conclusion: we must end our dependence on fossil fuels and turn to clean, renewable energy sources instead.
