The original conditional use permit application was submitted in August of 2009. After review, Kittitas County officials requested additional information in a supplement to the application. This will be submitted by the end of February 2010. The current project schedule anticipates design and preliminary construction to begin as soon as the permit is granted by Kittitas County. Once all necessary permits have been obtained, the Reserve could be fully operational in early 2012.
